Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Softwareinfrastructure enrollments confirmed by invoice. Website pricing is informational only; the invoice defines the purchased program, seat count, and dates.

Timeframe

For live cohorts (Assurance Studio and Controllership Lab), you may request a full refund up to 14 days before the published start date. Requests received after that window are evaluated for partial credit only.

Full and partial refunds

Full refund: Available when we cancel a cohort, when we materially change schedule dates without a suitable alternative, or when your written request arrives at least 14 days before start and no digital materials package has been unlocked.

Partial refund: If you withdraw after materials unlock but before the third live session, we may refund 40% of tuition as course credit or payment return, at our discretion, less any non-refundable items listed below.

Non-refundable items

• Downloadable template packs once download links are issued
• Third-party exam or software fees paid on your behalf
• Completed private Lab working sessions already delivered

Refund process

Email contact@softwareinfrastructure.digital with subject line “Refund request,” your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days and may ask for identity verification matching the invoice.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days using the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to the corporate account on the invoice. Currency conversion differences charged by banks are not reimbursed.

Cancellation by Softwareinfrastructure

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law remain available where they apply. Documented medical or force-majeure events may qualify for transfer even inside the 14-day window; refunds in those cases are assessed individually.
